Tahitian Pearl Strands
No two pearl strands are ever alike. They vary in color, luster, shape and size, and their individual beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Karen Lei hand-picks all of these beautiful pearls herself, many times straight from the neighboring island chain of Tahiti, or French Polynesia. Prices vary accordingly, with the largest and most brilliant-lustered pearls commanding the highest prices. “We carry a variety of strands and are always adding to the mix, so it is always advisable to come and see them in person as a picture can never quite capture the pearls’ individual beauty. We are willing to send more photos on request,” explains the artist-owner, Karen Lei. “Black pearls are a girl’s best friend in Hawaii!”
